Fendi General Accounting & Treasury Manager

- Lead and supervise general accounting activities for Italian entities and the Holding Company, ensuring accurate transaction recording, reconciliations and timely financial statement preparation.
- Manage treasury operations: cash concentration, intercompany funding, liquidity optimization and working capital performance monitoring.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and management reports; deliver financial analysis and insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee bank relationships, negotiate banking fees and services, govern bank account structures and authorized signatory frameworks.
- Assess and mitigate foreign-exchange exposure; manage debt obligations and covenant compliance.
- Govern the global payment system and bank master data; ensure integrity of the company Core Model for General Accounting and Fixed Assets.
- Coordinate year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors; produce audit work papers and support due-diligence activities.
- Collaborate closely with all Fendi departments and LVMH central teams to align accounting practices, reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in accounting and treasury roles, with management responsibility within an international group; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and PowerBI in a finance context.
- Demonstrated experience in bank relationship management, remote banking platforms and cash-pooling structures.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax fulfillments, audit processes, budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing cross-functional finance teams.

At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and treasury within an international corporate environment, including prior management responsibility; experience in luxury retail or fashion houses is highly desirable.
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
