Fendi General Accounting and Reporting Specialist

- Finalize the annual Statutory Financial Statements for Italian entities, including the Holding Company.
- Manage communication flows and corporate activities with Subsidiaries.
- Oversee the month-end closing process and reporting, including IFRS reporting for Italian entities.
- Conduct recurring overview and analysis of the Trial Balance.
- Participate in the annual Budget process and interim Forecasting for Italian Entities.
- Support State Incentives application and development.
- Assist in Cash Flow management in collaboration with the Treasury Team.
- Prepare audit work papers for year-end audits with external auditors.
- Assist in General Accounting processes and Fixed Assets WW Core Model, providing support to other Group Companies.
- Support Management in Due Diligence activities.
- Contribute to other Finance Special Projects as assigned.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, tax consultancy, audit, or finance control within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in SAP4Hana or other ERP systems, and reporting and data analysis tools such as SAP analytics or Business Objects.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with high proficiency in PowerPoint; PowerBI skills are advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate information.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Minimum 3 years in accounting, tax consultancy, audit, or finance control roles.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
