Fendi General Accounting and Reporting Specialist

- Prepare and record monthly adjusting journal entries for local statutory and IFRS reporting, including application of IFRS 16.
- Compile and submit the monthly management reporting package (Syrus) and produce ad hoc management reports (Capex, headcount, lease commitments).
- Review and reconcile statutory and IFRS account balances; monitor general ledger integrity and control account reconciliations.
- Perform gross margin analysis by Cost Center and operating expense analysis by store to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage external statutory audits and fiscal audits by authorities; act as primary contact for auditors on accounting matters.
- Implement and strengthen financial controls, systems and procedures in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years' progressive accounting experience (minimum 5 years preferred) with hands-on financial reporting responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS standards, including practical application of IFRS 16.
- Proven experience with statutory and management reporting processes and external audit coordination.

4–7 years of progressive accounting experience with direct responsibility for financial and management reporting; experience coordinating external audits and working within ERP environments (SAP).
Degree in accounting, finance or a closely related discipline.
