- Implement site merchandising for Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia based on HQ guidelines and market-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Logistics teams on stock availability for product launches.
- Drive sales through frequent data analysis, including product, client profiles, and web analytics.
- Collaborate with Local Fulfilment, Merchandising, and Client Service teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless client experiences.
- Prepare operational analyses.
- Optimize and enhance customer experience on the website to increase conversion rates.
- Support the E-commerce Manager in website development, optimization projects, and testing.
- Plan and prepare newsletters.
- Conduct research on new potential markets and the latest e-commerce trends.
- Support new market launches.
- Conduct Omni training and drive omni-channel adoption for retail stores.
- Prepare reports and handle ad hoc duties or projects.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Thai is advantageous
- 3 years of related experience in e-commerce within the retail industry
- Experience with luxury brands and handling diverse SEA & AU markets is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong commercial, analytical, and project management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to multitask
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce within the retail industry is required.
