Fendi E-Commerce Site Manager

- Coordinate with regional teams to enhance business performance and manage key website tools, including internal search functionalities.
- Drive conversion rate optimization and website improvements from a digital business perspective.
- Oversee product launch coordination, providing clear directives to various teams and ensuring successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain the commercial calendar, integrating local needs with corporate guidelines to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Deploy and monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS), implementing necessary actions based on feedback.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to align e-commerce projects with business objectives, define priorities, and establish KPIs.
- Serve as the primary contact for external partners, ensuring optimal functionality and improvement of website tools and widgets.
- Monitor weekly and monthly data to ensure performance aligns with objectives.
- Support the E-commerce Manager with strategic insights on regional and website performance.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an e-commerce role, preferably within the fashion and luxury industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive approach with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce.
- Technical skills related to website functions, including HTML, are advantageous.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
A minimum of 3 years in an e-commerce position, ideally within the fashion and luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
