- Coordinate with zones to boost business and manage key website tools.
- Optimize conversion rates and improve website functionality.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful go-live.
- Create and maintain the commercial calendar, aligning local needs with corporate guidelines.
- Deploy and monitor NPS, taking relevant actions.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team on E-commerce projects.
- Serve as a point of reference for external partners in the E-commerce team.
- Monitor weekly and monthly data to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Support the E-commerce Manager with strategic insights.
- Conduct constant benchmarking of competition.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Proactive
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Prioritization capacity
- Understanding of E-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Technical skills related to website functions (e.g., HTML)
- Proficiency in Analytics and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Italian and English
Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in an E-commerce position or within the Fashion & Luxury industry.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
