1. Implement strategies to optimize the distribution network, enhancing efficiency and reducing transportation costs.
2. Analyze and evaluate distribution network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
3. Ensure accurate inventory visibility and efficient order fulfillment processes to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
4. Monitor inventory levels and adjust as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize distribution planning processes and adapt to changing business conditions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into the distribution planning function.
7. Define and monitor distribution KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
8. Identify potential risks within the distribution planning process and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the business.

1. Master’s degree in Management Engineering
2. Fluency in English and Italian; French language proficiency is advantageous
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry

1. Expertise in Excel with strong analytical skills; knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous
2. Familiarity with Anaplan is a plus
3. Flexible and teamwork-oriented attitude
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
