- Implement strategies to optimize the distribution network, enhancing efficiency and reducing transportation costs.
- Analyze and evaluate distribution network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure accurate inventory visibility and efficient order fulfillment processes to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize distribution planning processes and adapt to changing business conditions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into the distribution planning function.
- Define and monitor distribution KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify potential risks within the distribution planning process and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the business.
- Master’s degree in Management Engineering
- Fluency in English and Italian; French language proficiency is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry
- Expertise in Excel with strong analytical skills; knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous
- Familiarity with Anaplan is a plus
- Flexible and teamwork-oriented attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
