1. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements, analyzing existing systems and identifying new team needs.
2. Implement and maintain digital analytics tools and tagging across the Fendi website using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
3. Provide insights into online customer behavior by analyzing customer journeys with ContentSquare.
4. Support CRO and A/B Testing projects by driving and promoting A/B testing capabilities and initiatives.
5. Assist in web personalization activities by configuring and enhancing the effectiveness of product recommendation settings through Dynamic Yield.
6. Monitor key competitors and best-in-class online retailers to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

1. Scientific degree, preferably in Economics or Technology fields.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
