- Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and achieve department performance using relevant KPIs.
- Analyze business performance, propose, and implement action plans to improve results.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Utilize clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals.
- Exhibit sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results with action plans.
- Implement CRM tools and develop a loyal customer base for the specific product category.
- Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients and participate in ad-hoc clientele projects.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Report stock shortages on best sellers to Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
- Maintain visual merchandising consistent with company standards and align it with sales performance.
- Discuss individual performance monthly and coach team members.
- Motivate the team to perform at their highest level to meet individual and store objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete actions and objectives.
- Conduct category training for the team and execute in-store training routines set by the Store Manager.
- 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales with exposure to the relevant category.
- Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to maintain high personal image standards.
