- Lead and mentor the team to deliver the Fendi Client Journey, providing consistent guidance and identifying training needs.
- Set and manage individual and team sales targets, proactively evaluating performance.
- Recruit and develop high-potential talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Drive sales within the department and across the store, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Establish a client-centric mentality in-store to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information effectively to the team.
- Develop and implement action plans to boost business and enhance product performance.
- Act as a role model in sales and clienteling, supporting team members in their sales efforts.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and client hosting to optimize business opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adherence to Fendi's policies and procedures.
- Support visual merchandising strategies and participate in floor rotations with the VM team.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ready-to-wear experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
