- Communicate brand awareness, product knowledge, and personalized engagement through storytelling.

- Share best practices with managers and team members, promoting innovative solutions for customer inquiries and relationship development.
- Maintain strong connections with Fendi retail network members and relevant internal offices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury client service, preferably in retail, fashion technology, or hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal, across phone, video, email, and live-chat.
- Proven sales skills via phone.
- High motivation and a sales-driven approach with a passion for customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in French as a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
