1. Deliver an exceptional, luxury client experience by communicating Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and product savoir‑faire.
2. Lead individual sales activity to achieve personal and store KPI and sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across categories.
3. Develop and nurture a loyal client base using appropriate CRM tools and clienteling techniques; proactively cultivate long‑term customer relationships.
4. Ensure professional, personalised customer service and a consistently high standard of client interactions.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock enquiries and accurate customer database input.
6. Support store merchandising and inventory control by receiving, displaying and storing merchandise according to brand guidelines to maintain inventory accuracy.

1. Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in fashion or luxury retail sales (boutique or department store environment preferred).
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluent English (verbal and written).
4. Exemplary personal presentation and ability to maintain brand image standards.
5. Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated record of meeting sales targets.
