Fendi Client Advisor

- Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
- Build and maintain client books and follow through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Follow all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Proficiently use the POS system and update customer databases.

- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Represent the brand appropriately at all times and act as a positive role model.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
