- Be accountable for sales performance, engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
- Deliver a compelling sales ceremony through effective storytelling, utilizing product and brand knowledge.
- Ensure consistency in achieving KPIs, including sales targets and core category sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and make meaningful recommendations, exceeding customer service expectations.
- Use CRM tools to develop and nurture client relationships, strengthening brand loyalty.
- Operate the inventory management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Work as a team to achieve store operation objectives and suggest improvements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in the fashion/high-end luxury industry.
- Good grooming standard.
- Good communication skills and accurate articulation.
- Passionate about fashion and luxury, willing to work non-traditional hours.
- Prior operational knowledge in retail management systems is advantageous.
- Strong client development mindset, willing to provide stellar service.
