- Achieve personal sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Deliver an engaging sales ceremony using storytelling and product knowledge to persuade customers.
- Maintain consistency in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing exceptional service and insightful recommendations.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to nurture and strengthen client relationships.
- Operate the inventory management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store operational objectives and suggest improvements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
- Strong client development mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury.
- Prior knowledge of retail management systems is advantageous.
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to personal improvement.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in inventory and retail management systems.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field within the fashion or luxury industry.
