4. Utilize client databases to develop relationships and promote brand initiatives and product launches.
5. Ensure consistent pre‑and post‑sales service; handle and resolve customer complaints professionally to preserve client loyalty.

1. 1–3 years of direct experience with a luxury fashion or leather goods brand.
2. Demonstrated commercial drive with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. High degree of responsibility, professionalism and a proactive attitude toward sales and client service.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
5. Genuine enthusiasm for the luxury goods sector and brand heritage.
