- Demonstrated commercial drive with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High degree of responsibility, professionalism and a proactive attitude toward sales and client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the luxury goods sector and brand heritage.
- Luxury product knowledge (leather goods and accessories)
- Consultative sales techniques and clienteling

- Visual merchandising and store presentation
- CRM usage and customer database cultivation
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience within a luxury fashion or leather goods environment, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
