- Stay informed about fashion industry trends and Fendi's history and collections to provide expert advice.
- Share brand updates accurately with clients.
- Present a warm, elegant, and professional image in line with dress code and grooming guidelines.
- Represent the brand positively and appropriately at all times.
- Seek performance improvement opportunities in collaboration with management.
- Follow safety guidelines for people and property.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful retail experience in a similar luxury brand.
- Strong numerical orientation with a focus on KPIs and objectives.
- Proactive and able to propose best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
- Proficient with mobile applications and tracking tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
