1. Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships using in-house clienteling tools.
3. Achieve critical metrics and CRM requirements.
4. Manage client books and follow up on client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs and special orders.
6. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including loss prevention standards.
7. Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards.
8. Utilize POS system accurately and update customer database.
9. Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
10. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
11. Participate in training new Client Advisors and team meetings.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail preferred.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
9. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum High School Diploma

$20-$24 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
