Fendi Client Advisor

- Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Follow all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in necessary stocking/restocking of the store.
- Proficiently use POS system and other required software, updating customer database.
- Obtain and maintain product knowledge, company information, and history.
- Stay informed about company news and competitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
- May be responsible for opening/closing the store, including morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other company personnel.
- Represent the brand appropriately at all times as a positive role model.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Participate and prepare for monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Strong drive for results; goal-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions
- Organizational and strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- RTW experience preferred
- Foreign language skills are a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, with a preference for candidates with ready-to-wear experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus
