- Share brand news accurately with clients.
- Present a warm, elegant, and professional image in line with dress code and grooming guidelines.
- Represent the brand positively at all times.
- Seek performance and boutique organization improvements in agreement with management.
- Follow safety guidelines for people and property.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful retail experience in a similar luxury brand.
- Strong numerical, KPI, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proven initiative in seeking and proposing best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
- Team player contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
- Proficiency in mobile applications and tracking tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
