1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve set targets and KPIs.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.

5. Ensure high-quality customer service with a personalized approach.
6. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by management.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and display merchandise according to company guidelines.
9. Ensure a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
2. Strong selling and communication skills.
3. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
4. Customer-focused with a goal-oriented approach.
5. Bilingual, with a third language as an advantage.
