Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched items.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments.
- Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Support during store stock take and cycle-counts.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and a clean store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the retail fashion industry with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

- Organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.

- Computer skills and retail management system knowledge.

- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Experience Requirements
