1. Provide outstanding customer service and exceed assigned sales goals.
2. Build meaningful relationships with clients and tailor their in-store experience.
3. Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements.
4. Maintain client books and follow through with client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including loss prevention standards.
7. Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards.
8. Use POS system accurately and update customer database.
9. Acquire product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
10. Maintain professional appearance and follow Fendi dress code.
11. Open/close the store as needed and participate in team meetings.
12. Assist in training new Client Advisors.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
9. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
