1. Be accountable for sales performance, engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
2. Deliver a compelling sales ceremony through effective storytelling, utilizing product and brand knowledge to persuade customers.
3. Ensure consistency in achieving KPIs, including sales targets and core category sales targets.
4. Identify customer needs and make meaningful recommendations, exceeding customer service expectations.
5. Use CRM tools to develop and nurture client relationships, strengthening loyalty and interest in the brand.
6. Operate the inventory management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Work as a team to achieve store operation objectives and suggest improvements.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to guidelines.
10. Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience in the fashion/high-end luxury industry.
2. Good grooming standard.
3. Good communication and articulation skills.
4. Passionate about fashion and luxury.
5. Willing to work non-traditional hours.
6. Prior operational knowledge in retail management systems is advantageous.
7. Strong client development mindset.
