- Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.

- Operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
- Support store operations activities.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Passion for retail and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-reliance and professionalism.
- Organizational skills and self-confidence.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
