- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed sales goals at the store, category, and individual levels.
- Adhere to store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
- Utilize POS systems and update customer databases accurately.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Stay informed about company news and competitive landscape.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform store maintenance functions as required.
- Open and close the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Maintain visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Communicate openly and maintain positive relationships with management and peers.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety standards.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail preferred
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) preferred
- Foreign language skills are advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Minimum High School Diploma
