1. Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
2. Meet or exceed sales goals at the store, category, and individual levels.
3. Adhere to store guidelines and policies.
4. Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
7. Utilize POS systems and update customer databases accurately.
8. Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
9. Stay informed about company news and competitive landscape.
10. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
11. Perform store maintenance functions as required.
12. Open and close the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
13. Maintain visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
14. Communicate openly and maintain positive relationships with management and peers.
15. Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
16. Participate in training new Client Advisors.
17. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail preferred
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) preferred
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
8. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
9. Minimum High School Diploma
10. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
