Fendi Client Advisor & Social Storyteller

- Achieve individual, category and store sales targets and all Client Advisor KPIs; meet CRM requirements and maintain sales reporting accuracy.
- Build, develop and maintain a client book; manage follow-up, inquiries and customer correspondence to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Act as a brand ambassador through the Social Storytelling programme: create and share styling, product and brand moments across social media to recruit new clients and drive incremental sales.
- Operate POS systems and retail software accurately; update and maintain the customer database.
- Provide exceptional client service including special requests (repairs, special orders, returns) and handle client escalations with professionalism.
- Support visual merchandising standards and implement direction from VM, corporate and store management to maintain brand presentation.
- Participate in stock management, restocking and regular store maintenance tasks; adhere to Top Store Guidelines and loss prevention protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures and company policies.
- May be responsible for opening/closing the store and leading morning team briefings when required.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience with demonstrated sales performance and KPI attainment.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong clienteling abilities and experience with CRM-driven follow-up.
- Computer literate with experience using POS systems and retail databases.
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) product experience preferred; Mandarin speaker is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Soho, New York store and to lift items up to 10 lbs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end boutiques with a proven, sales-driven track record and familiarity with clienteling and CRM processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or luxury brand management preferred.
