1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the Company Sales Management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
10. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising and ensure a safe and clean store environment.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail furniture industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

10. Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
