1. Empower and support the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Oversee in-store training routines and onboarding of new hires.
3. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
4. Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Lead and inspire the team to drive business and foster a positive work environment.
7. Proactively assess and manage team performance.
8. Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team in customer interactions.
9. Ensure adherence to brand standards and grooming guidelines.
10. Build and maintain client relationships and meet sales objectives.
11. Enhance customer service quality to meet expectations.
12. Develop improvement plans for Mystery Shopper Results.
13. Implement CRM tools and cultivate dedicated clients.
14. Stay informed about market trends and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
15. Collaborate with store leadership on corporate strategy and business operations.
16. Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
17. Ensure merchandise is accurately handled and inventory accuracy is maintained.
18. Support retail performance standards and ensure accurate transaction procedures.

1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury sector preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
5. Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
6. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
8. Foreign language skills are beneficial.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Capability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
11. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
12. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
