Fendi Assistant Store Manager

- Empower and support the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
- Oversee in-store training routines and onboarding of new hires.
- Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
- Lead and inspire the team to drive business and foster a positive work environment.
- Proactively assess and manage team performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team in customer interactions.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and grooming guidelines.
- Build and maintain client relationships and meet sales objectives.
- Enhance customer service quality to meet expectations.
- Develop improvement plans for Mystery Shopper Results.
- Implement CRM tools and cultivate dedicated clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with store leadership on corporate strategy and business operations.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately handled and inventory accuracy is maintained.
- Support retail performance standards and ensure accurate transaction procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury sector preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
