1. Support the overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience.
2. Lead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and achievement of sales goals.
3. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
4. Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Build and maintain client books and manage in-store appointments.
7. Ensure the highest level of client experience and handle customer service quality.
8. Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated client relationships.
9. Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
10. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
11. Ensure accurate cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.

1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
5. Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. RTW experience preferred.
8. Foreign language skills are a plus.
9. Ability to work in a team environment.
10. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
11. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
12. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with leadership responsibilities.
