1. Lead and develop the store's business by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it, engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
2. Monitor and achieve store performance through relevant KPIs.
3. Analyze store business and propose action plans to improve results.
4. Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Be attentive to competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
6. Leverage clienteling tools to achieve store business goals.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
8. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results.
9. Implement CRM tools and develop a loyal customer base for the product category.
10. Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
11. Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team.
12. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
13. Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
14. Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
15. Discuss individual performance monthly and coach team members.
16. Motivate the team to meet individual and store objectives.
17. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
18. Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines set by the Store Manager.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales with exposure to the relevant category.
2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluent in English.
