Fendi Assistant Store Manager

- Lead and develop the store's business by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it, engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and achieve store performance through relevant KPIs.
- Analyze store business and propose action plans to improve results.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Be attentive to competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Leverage clienteling tools to achieve store business goals.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results.
- Implement CRM tools and develop a loyal customer base for the product category.
- Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
- Discuss individual performance monthly and coach team members.
- Motivate the team to meet individual and store objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
- Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines set by the Store Manager.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales with exposure to the relevant category.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-reliant, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- Confidence and organizational skills.
- Professionalism and high personal image standards.
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within fashion or luxury sales, specifically with exposure to the relevant product category.
