1. Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of passion and commitment to luxury service.
2. Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to enhance team members’ product knowledge and sales skills.
3. Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
4. Oversee and participate in client interactions, setting the gold standard for personalized and luxury service.
5. Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and client feedback.
6. Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the sales floor, including product presentation and cleanliness.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of luxury products and service standards.
5. Very good Arabic and English language skills.
