1. Serve as a key point of reference for the sales team, fostering a professional and supportive work environment with clear objectives focused on customer experience and business performance.
2. Implement and drive a selling ceremony that epitomizes excellence.
3. Provide daily training across all product categories to the sales team.
4. Participate in the animation of morning briefings.
5. Manage the zoning of the sales floor to optimize the presence of sales advisers.
6. Support the team in daily operations, fostering growth and motivation.
7. Participate in annual individual performance evaluations and the development and monitoring of action plans as needed.
8. Actively engage in recruitment processes within the team.
9. Ensure ongoing training and development follow-up.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
2. Essential managerial experience.
3. In-depth product knowledge and mastery of a selling ceremony that meets the highest standards.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
