Fashion Group Talent Development Manager

- Support the development of in-depth knowledge of key talent segments, including Future Leaders and Key Store Management Talents, through career meetings and talent assessment calibration sessions.
- Implement and facilitate the annual Talent Review campaign and succession planning process in collaboration with the Global Talent Director.
- Coordinate Global Next Generation Talent Management initiatives, including the Fashion Forward Program.
- Monitor and update the Talent Connect data system to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with Maisons and regional Heads of Talent on cross-Maison development initiatives and best practice sharing.
- Promote cross-mobility within the Fashion Group and across divisions through regular communication and coordination of Talent Room Sessions.
- Coordinate and co-facilitate Global Fashion Group Bespoke Programs and serve as a Fashion Group Representative on the Global Academic Committee.
- Manage communication and coordination for long-term project initiatives with LVMH Corporate.
- Support the Rise performance management campaign and engage Talent counterparts within Maisons and regions.
- Assist in the global rollout and analysis of the LVMH Group engagement and development survey.
- Experience in an HR operational function at a market or HQ level within a Maison is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to formalize ideas and processes.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Passion for talent development and enthusiasm for supporting change in a complex environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and international setting.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Power BI.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an HR operational function, preferably within a luxury fashion Maison.
