Fashion Group Talent Development Lead

- Lead the implementation of the 'People at Heart' campaign at the Maison level, collaborating closely with the HR team to deploy and animate the Career Compass.
- Conduct Organization & Management Reviews (OMR) within the Maison to identify key talents and positions, ensuring leadership continuity.
- Develop succession plans for key positions in collaboration with Global HRD and EXCOM members.
- Explore career evolution opportunities within the Division and Group to offer talents optimal career prospects.
- Design the Talent Development Roadmap for Kenzo, focusing on leadership and management development across different talent segments.
- Collaborate with regional teams to streamline learning offerings and provide top-tier career and skills development opportunities.
- Lead nominations for LVMH HOUSE programmes and coordinate with the Fashion Group division to facilitate appropriate learning for various talent segments.
- Represent the Maison in Group project and mobility committees, sharing challenges and best practices.
- Enhance the Maison's attractiveness by developing an exceptional employee and candidate experience.
- Promote Kenzo's values and culture to internal and external talents to strengthen its position as an employer of choice.
- Cultivate a robust knowledge of high-potential profiles in the fashion sector, both internally and externally.
- Evaluate potential and skills of talents, ensuring structured follow-up to support their development.
- Develop a network of privileged contacts by participating in events and establishing partnerships with specialized institutions.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with significant experience in talent development/management.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Experience in international and multicultural environments.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Agility and adaptability.
- Autonomy and willingness to manage projects from start to finish.
- Project management expertise.
- Passion for and knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in candidate interviewing and evaluation.
- Ability to lead mobility/recruitment processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Data analytics and synthesis skills.
- Training facilitation and design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
