Fashion Group Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to source, review, and shortlist candidates, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process from interview to onboarding.
- Screen applications from internal and external job boards, create talent pools, and develop talent maps to proactively address recruitment needs.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and gather key information such as salary expectations and visa requirements.
- Work closely with the Head of HR on talent strategies beyond traditional recruitment, including career fairs and career change programs.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and key recruitment KPIs, supporting regular reporting needs with accurate data.
- Ensure Diversity and Inclusion practices are integrated into the hiring process.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house role.
- Experience in the GCC market with a strong understanding of regional nuances.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage relationships with complex stakeholders and provide a luxury level of recruitment service.
- Warm and engaging personality with a proactive mindset and strong multitasking abilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment function, with a focus on the GCC market.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent.
