5. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome clients, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
7. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
8. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
9. Process sales confidently and professionally.
10. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
11. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.
12. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
13. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Passion for fashion and sales.
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs.

1. Excellent personal presentation.
2. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
