1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's image and values.
2. Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty.
3. Manage client relationships and databases to enhance sales and customer retention.
4. Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring elevated customer service and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
5. Analyze sales reports and develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
6. Facilitate team training and development, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
8. Support store operations, including maintenance, auditing, and stock management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in high fashion.
2. Proven experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Proficiency in clienteling and CRM systems.
4. In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and retail KPIs.
5. Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment, with experience in ready-to-wear and leather goods.
