Fashion Group Store Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for KENZO among the store team and customers.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance customer experience.
- Drive customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventories.
- Set sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the line manager.
- Analyze sales performance and propose commercial action plans.
- Conduct bi-annual appraisals and monthly team meetings to communicate objectives.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and HR-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly reports to stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with the senior team and head office.
- Degree level education or above.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Sound knowledge of UK retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Excellent customer service and sales focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Degree level education or above.
