LVMH Store Manager

1. Lead and develop the store team to deliver the brand experience to every client, providing consistent coaching and identifying training needs.
2. Recruit, develop, and manage talents, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with HR and the Head of Northern Europe.
3. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs, delegating responsibilities and setting challenging targets.
4. Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives, monitoring performance to ensure achievement.
5. Foster a positive work environment, empowering the team and encouraging innovative solutions.
6. Develop the business of the store by cultivating strategic knowledge and stakeholder relationships.
7. Champion a customer-centric mindset, maximizing product category potential and leveraging clienteling tools.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market, representing the brand in relevant activities and understanding market trends.
9. Ensure operational standards and procedures are communicated and implemented, proposing improvements when necessary.
10. Monitor store expenses, manage health and safety, supervise loss prevention, and control stock loss.

1. Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.
4. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and specifically RTW product division.
4. Passion for LVMH Fashion and its collections.
5. Keen interest in culture and art.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Master's degree desirable.
