1. Serve as the brand ambassador, embodying Kenzo's image and values for both customers and the store team.
2. Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer experience.
3. Drive customer service excellence to ensure a superior client journey.
4. Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
5. Oversee stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventories.
6. Set sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the line manager.
7. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to propose strategic commercial actions.
8. Conduct bi-annual appraisals and monthly team meetings to communicate objectives and performance.
9. Collaborate with HR on recruitment and training initiatives.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
11. Submit weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
12. Build strong relationships with senior management and head office teams.

1. Degree level education or higher.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of UK retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
