Fashion Group Store Manager

- Drive sales targets and KPIs, developing and implementing client strategies.
- Analyze business performance, identify anomalies, and propose action plans to the retail manager.
- Assign clear targets to team members and provide weekly reports on client and market shifts.
- Lead the store with full profit and loss responsibility, monitoring performance and taking necessary actions for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer care by supporting the team in building and strengthening client relationships.
- Promote and maintain a strong team spirit, leading and coaching the team to enhance brand and product awareness.
- Manage stock and assortment levels, ensuring product replenishment and integrity.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with VM guidelines.
- Lead and support store projects and back-office procedures, ensuring functional maintenance and adherence to corporate policies.
- Vigilantly oversee store security and loss prevention measures.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury or high-fashion sector.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales in a retail environment.
- Strong business acumen and a keen sense of sales figures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and POS systems.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client behaviors.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
A minimum of two years in a similar role within the luxury or high-fashion sector, with experience in team management and sales optimization.
