LVMH Stock Keeper

1. Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely and accurately.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the warehouse.
5. Support the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house, ensuring product availability on the shop floor.
6. Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to the Manager.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests.
10. Support and coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alterations) to ensure an excellent client experience.
11. Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training sessions.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Clear communication and ability to connect with and influence various stakeholders.
3. Confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
