LVMH Stock Keeper

- Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
- Manage stock deliveries, verifying against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely and accurately.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the warehouse.
- Support the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house, ensuring product availability on the shop floor.
- Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to the Manager.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests.
- Support and coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alterations) to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Clear communication and ability to connect with and influence various stakeholders.
- Confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
