Fashion Group Stock Controller

- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the KENZO image and understanding the brand DNA.
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior reflective of the KENZO brand.
- Enhance product knowledge to stay informed about the full product range, including care, availability, and after-sales services.
- Support the sales team by preparing products and advising on stock availability, ensuring optimal client experiences.
- Maintain stock room standards, ensuring all products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored.
- Monitor stock transfers, ensuring accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
- Receive deliveries, verifying stock against invoices and checking for damages.
- Conduct weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize stock loss.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and foster inter-business relationships with logistics and stock teams.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in stock control within a fashion environment, preferably luxury.
- Education to A Levels or above.
- Proficiency in CEJID, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to work independently with high motivation.
- Passion for stock management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock control, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
A Levels or above.
