1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Kenzo image and understanding the brand DNA.
2. Maintain an efficient stock room to support the sales team in maximizing profitable sales.
3. Drive product knowledge to stay informed about the entire product range, including care, availability, and after-sales services.
4. Ensure optimal client experience by preparing products and advising the sales team on stock availability.
5. Maintain stock room standards, ensuring products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored.
6. Conduct regular inventories and stock takes to minimize stock loss.
7. Manage internal stock transfers and liaise with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
8. Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and ensure no damage has occurred.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales efficiency and adhere to company policies.
10. Foster inter-business relationships with the logistics department and host stock team.

1. A-Level education or higher
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in stock control within a fashion environment, preferably luxury

1. Proficiency in CEJID, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
2. Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
3. Passion for stock management
4. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
5. Proactive problem-solving skills
6. Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities

A minimum of 3 years of experience in stock control is required.

A-Level education or higher is required.
