1. Lead talent-related initiatives for the Fashion Group SEAO and its Maisons across the region.
2. Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs.
3. Drive talent acquisition strategies, including internal mobility and campus recruitment.
4. Foster employee engagement through strategic initiatives and wellbeing programs.
5. Support strategic talent management, including succession planning and individual development plans.
6. Collaborate with HRBPs and Fashion Group HR in Paris on global talent projects.
7. Manage training budgets and analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
8. Lead a team of two in Singapore and oversee all training reports and analyses.

1. Over 12 years of relevant experience in talent management, with a focus on learning and development and talent acquisition.
2. Experience in the retail or hospitality industries is preferred.
3. Strong project management and event management skills, including budget management.
4. Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
5. Fluency in English.
