1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for the brand among clients and team members.

4. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.

7. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products to drive sales.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Passion for fashion and sales, with a commitment to exceeding targets.

1. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
2. Understanding of retail KPIs.
3. Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury fashion sales is required.
