2. Embody the brand image for customers and the store team.
3. Lead by example and demonstrate role model behavior adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
4. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image.
5. Enhance customer service standards in-store to ensure the best client journey.
6. Welcome all clients and educate them about the brand.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients.
8. Introduce additional complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
9. Process sales in a confident and professional manner.
10. Gather client CRM details to enlarge the client book.
11. Drive product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends.
12. Update on all product lines through research.
13. Ensure all company policies and procedures are attended.
14. Support control and management of stock.

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling RTW / LG.
3. Passion for fashion and sales.
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on the client’s needs and experience.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
6. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
7. A fluent level in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
