LVMH Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager

1. Manage the general ledger functions for designated maisons within the group.
2. Support financial operations across multiple maisons and a back-office division.
3. Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with group regulations.
4. Lead or contribute to financial process-related projects and initiatives.
5. Suggest operational improvements for process optimization within the finance function.
6. Maintain and improve current accounting procedures and documentation.
7. Support the implementation of new internal controls as required.
8. Share knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment.

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred.
2. Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd grade or equivalent; CPA preferred.
3. Fluency in Japanese and English.

4. Proactive attitude with the ability to work under stress and manage time effectively.

A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a foreign retail company, with a focus on general ledger management.
