LVMH Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager

- Manage the general ledger functions for designated maisons within the group.
- Support financial operations across multiple maisons and a back-office division.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with group regulations.
- Lead or contribute to financial process-related projects and initiatives.
- Suggest operational improvements for process optimization within the finance function.
- Maintain and improve current accounting procedures and documentation.
- Support the implementation of new internal controls as required.
- Share knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred.
- Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd grade or equivalent; CPA preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work under stress and manage time effectively.
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a foreign retail company, with a focus on general ledger management.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred.
