1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
2. Embody and communicate the brand's image and DNA to customers and the store team.
3. Adhere to and exemplify the brand's dress codes and appearance guidelines.
4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
5. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
6. Welcome and educate clients about the brand, fostering a comfortable environment.
7. Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products to drive sales.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering CRM details to expand the client book.
9. Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to drive product knowledge.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high-fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high-fashion sales environment is required.
