1. Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering client loyalty to maximize sales and productivity.
2. Ensure a welcoming store environment and build strong client relationships to assist in product selection.
3. Promote complementary products and share extensive product knowledge with clients.
4. Confidently process sales transactions while maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Uphold store standards, adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, and promote the Kenzo brand image.
7. Exceed store behavioral expectations, including dress code and appearance standards.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and participating in training.
9. Assist in stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
