1. Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines, and setting a standard for the store team.
3. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a superior client journey.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Confidently process sales and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines through continuous research.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury, high fashion sales.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client experience.

1. Passion for fashion and sales.
2. Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
3. Understanding of retail KPIs.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
